Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced climber, climbing will help you discover your inner strength and improve your coordination. As well as toning your muscles, it develops balance, concentration and self-confidence. You can climb in breathtaking natural settings or have fun at the gym, tackling routes of varying difficulty.
As well as climbing techniques, during the day you’ll also learn the correct basic techniques for safe progression (use of equipment, belaying systems, etc.) and how to manage a day’s climbing independently.

Full day
€350 per day, to be divided by the number of participants (max. 4)
Half day (3 hours) in the Aosta area
€250 per day, to be divided by the number of participants (max. 4)

The price includes:
the assistance of a mountain guide and shared equipment (rope, carabiners, quickdraws, etc.)
The price does not include:
any travel expenses, board and lodging if the activity takes place over several days, and anything not specified under “The price includes”.

  • Your programme

    Meeting point and time
    The guide will provide details of the meeting point and time depending on the location where the activity will take place

    Programme
    From the meeting point, we will head straight to the crag, where we will begin with an explanation of how to use the equipment and the correct belaying techniques, after which we will start climbing routes suited to the participants’ level. You can choose whether to eat your packed lunch at the crag or, once the activity is over, at a nearby restaurant
