Sports and mountaineering activities in the mountain environment are potentially dangerous to individual safety and exposed to risks of an objective nature due to environmental characteristics and the weather situation (e.g. danger of falling rocks, risk of avalanches, presence of crevasses in areas covered by glaciers, possibility of the sudden change in weather conditions, etc.).
The client declares that he/she has been informed in detail about the activity in which he/she intends to participate, the characteristics and course of the relevant program, and about the equipment, clothing and specific technical skills required.
The client declares that he/she has in particular been informed of the potential objective dangers relating to the planned excursion.
The client agrees to make the Mountain Guide aware of the actual level of his/her technical abilities, experience and physical condition.
The client declares that he/she is in adequate psychophysical and health conditions to be able to face the activity, also taking into account the high altitude at which it takes place.
The client agrees to abide by all directions given by the mountain guide during the course of the activity.
